I love working at E.C.I. because I love coming in every day and seeing the individuals and seeing the smiles on their faces when they accomplish something new or make a fun craft or get to go on the outing they wanted to go on, seeing the individuals face light up and see them happy makes me happy. E.C.I. has been the best place I have ever worked in this field! Everyone treats everyone with respect!
